铜棒锤的开发研究

Research and Development of Tongbangchui

目的对中药铜棒锤的化学成分进行初步研究。方法采用中药化学成分预试验研究方法并通过薄层层析与延胡索、夏天无进行对比来对中药铜棒锤进行化学成分的预试验研究。结果通过预试验初步判定中药铜棒锤中含有生物碱、有机酸、氨基酸、皂苷、醣类、多糖及香豆素或萜类内酯等化学成分;通过薄层层析对比法,初步判定含有原阿片碱等异喹啉类生物碱。结论铜棒锤中含有异喹啉类生物碱,具有良好的开发应用前景。

Objective To study chemical components of Tongbangchui. Methods Using pre-expenment of chemical components of Tongbangchui by TLC and to control analysis with Rhizoma Corydalis and Corydalis Decumbens. Results It was proved that contains alkaloid, organic acid, aminopenol, saponin, glucide, amylase, coumatin orterpene good prospect in Key words and etc. And in all, it can be proved it contains protopine in Tongbangchui. Conclusion It has development and application for isoquinoline alkaloid composition of Tongbangchui.
