摘要
目的探讨红景天苷的最佳制备工艺。方法以红景天苷的收得率为评价指标,结合大孔吸附树脂分离、精制,比较溶剂提取和微波提取的效率。结果通过微波提取的红景天苷产量明显高于溶剂提取,红景天苷的收得率可达0.406%。结论微波辅助水提取结合大孔吸附树脂技术可以获得较高纯度的红景天苷。
ObjectiveTo study the optimum technological conditions of preparation Salidroside . Methods With the content of Salidroside as markers, to compare extraction efficiency between two methods of solvent and microwave assisted method with purification of Salidroside by macroporousa absorbent resin. Results Solidroside of microwave extraction was to 0. 406% ,which was higher significantly than that of solvent extraction. Conclusion Solidroside with high purity can be obtained by combining microwave-assisted extraction with macroporous absorbent resin method.
