摘要
以萝卜雄性不育株与可育株为试材,比较研究了不育与可育花粉母细胞的减数分裂过程。结果发现:不育花粉母细胞在第二次减数分裂后期,染色体行为出现异常,即在分向两极时,出现了不均等分裂现象。这是导致后期小孢子败育的一个潜在原因。
The processes of meiotic division of pollen mother cells were compared between male sterile plants and male fertile ones. Non-equal division of the chromsomes male sterile pollen mother cells was observed at anaphase of the second stage. The non-equal division resulted in the later collapsion of microspores.
