摘要
新课程改革的实施给中学教师带来了种种矛盾和冲突,可以从四个方面构建中学教师激励机制,即深化分配制度改革,建立柔性的薪酬制度;坚持物质激励和精神激励相结合的原则;建立科学合理的绩效考评体系;创建公平民主的环境。
The new curriculum reform movement has brought with itself kinds of conflicts and contradictions to middle school teachers. Based on an analysis of the teachers' needs, this paper puts forward that the construction of middle - school - teachers motivation mechanism can be carried out from the following four aspects: increase the depth of allocation system reform and establish a flexible reward system; adhere to the principle of combining material stimulation with spiritual stimulation; construct a scientific and reasonable achievement - evaluating system; and create a just and democratic environment.
