The paper outlined the development aids of wireless HART technology as well as its fundamental feature and HART 7 specification. Then the feature and key elements of TSMP （Time Synchronous Mesh Protocol）, which is the base of the networks technology for Wireless HART, were described in detail. Other issue, the reason why ZigBee protocol cannot meet industrial application requirements was also discussed.
