汽轮机内铜沉积物来源分析及对策

摘要 汽轮机动、静叶片上附着的沉积物会影响汽轮机的运行效率。这些沉积物一般来自蒸汽所携带的杂质,其中铜沉积物来自于热力系统中铜合金的腐蚀产物。低压加热器换热管为铜管的机组若水汽品质控制不当其凝结水中会存在较多的氧和氨,这些氧和氨容易使低压加热器铜管发生腐蚀,给水中铜的腐蚀产物增多,这些铜的腐蚀产物被蒸汽带入汽轮机并沉积在高压叶片上。改善给水品质,避免或减轻给水中铜的腐蚀,可以减少汽轮机高压缸的铜沉积量,降低沉积速率。 :The sediment on the vane can reduce the efficiency of the turbine. The sediment usually come from the steam that contain any impurity including the copper which come from the corrosion products of copper compound in the thermodynam- ic system. If the content of the oxygen and the ammonia in the condensate is over proof, the LP heat exchange tube that is made of copper will be corroded and the copper corrosion products in the boilerfeedwater will increase. As a result, a large amount of copper is transferred by the steam to the turbine and deposit on the vane. Improving the quality of water can reduce the corrosion of copper and decrease the sedimentation rate.
