摘要
某电厂大修后开机过程中出现了异常振动故障。通过现场高速动平衡试验消除了振动。但是该机组运行2天后,振动逐渐增大,严重影响了机组的安全稳定运行。在对振动数据进行全面分析的基础上,指出汽轮机转子与汽封之间发生的动静摩擦是导致异常振动的根本原因。据此揭缸对间隙进行了调整,并重新进行了高速动平衡,消除了机组的振动故障。
An abnormal vibration fault occurred in a power plant during the first operation process of the turbo generator after repair. The vibration was eliminated by dynamic balance. But the vibration increased gradually in the following two days. The unit can't run safely and reliably due to the abnormal vibration. The vibration fault diagnosis process is presented in the paper in detail. It is concluded that the rub between rotor and steam seal is the main reason for the abnormal vibration. After adjustment of the clearance and rebalance of rotor, the vibration problem was solved.
