汽轮机转子钢在硝酸酒精溶液中的蚀刻行为研究

摘要 通过对实验室冶炼的30Cr2MoV转子钢材料在硝酸酒精溶液中的蚀刻行为研究,得到了最佳蚀刻条件,并进一步得到了晶界宽度与FATT50的关系。 The research achieved the most suitable etching condition in the admixture of nitric acid and alcohol, based on laboratory smelt 30Cr2MoV turbine rotor steel. And further obtain the relationship between the distance of crystal particle and FATT50.
