摘要
在实验室条件下,利用根田鼠l~70日龄体长、尾长、后足长、耳长以及毛长等身体生长发育的主要参数,分析其身体大小生长发育的基本规律,目的在于揭示根田鼠的次级生产过程。结果表明,根田鼠l~70日龄身体上述指标随发育时间呈多项式方式增长,决定系数(R2)均〉09。各指标在33日龄后保持稳定,表明此阶段是根田鼠性器官发育的起始点。
The parameters of growth and development, body length, tail length, hind foot length, ear length, and hair length of root voles ( Microtus oeconomus) 1 - 70 d were measured under laboratory con- clifton. The basic regulation of growth and development were analyzed. The aims were to explore the pro- cess of secondary production of root voles. The results as follows: those parameters were increased with developmental stage and followed muitinomial equations, all detemination coefficients (R2 )were greater than 〉 0.9. These parameters of body size were stable after 33 d. which suggested the phase was deve- lopmental beginning of sexual organs of M. oeconomuis.
