摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法对179只欧拉羊的血红蛋白多态性特征进行了研究。结果发现:①欧拉羊的血红蛋白(HB)位点上有HB A和HB B两种变异体,构成HB AA,HB BB,HB AB三种基因型;HBA和HBB等位基因频率分别为0.6844和0.3156;②基因杂合度、有效等位基因和基因均质度指数分别为0.4320、1.7606和0.1360;③欧拉羊的血红蛋白位点的基因型分布和基因频率没有性别差异;④除HB AB型羊的血红蛋白含量显著大于HB BB型羊(P<0.05)以外,不同HB基因型欧拉羊的其他血液指标之间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。
One hundred and seventy nine Oula sheep were used to investigate the hemoglobin polymor- phism by means of a polyacrylamide gel electmphoresis in vertical plate. The results were as follows: ① There were three genotypes including HB AA, HB AB and HB BB formed from two variants (HB A 和 liB B) on the locus of hemoglobin in Oula sheep examined and the frequencies of HBA and HBB alleles were 0.6844 and 0.3156, respectively. ②The gene hetemzygesity and the effective number of alleles and the average gene homogeneity index were 0.4320, 1.7606 and 0.1360, respectively. ③There was not significant dif-ference between the polymorphism in male and female sheep on the locus of hemoglobin in Oula sheep. ④There was not significant difference between other 14blood indices in Oula sheep with dif- ferent HB genotypes (P〉O.05), except that hemoglobin content in the sheep with HB AB genotype , which was significantly higher than that in the sheep with liB BB genotype ( P 〈 0.05) .
