摘要
调整与变革装备管理组织结构需要有组织结构的量化评价依据.引入熵理论,给出了组织结构的静态有序度和动态柔性度4项评价指标及计算方法,建立了装备管理组织结构的熵评价模型,最后对装备管理组织结构进行了评价比较.通过数值分析,验证了该模型的有效性.
The basis of quantitative evaluation to organizational structure is needed for adjustment and transformation of the equipment management organizational structure. By introducing the theory of entropy, four evaluative indexes and calculation method for static order degree and dynamic flexibility degree of organizational structures were given. Then, an evaluative model for equipment management organizational structures was established. Finally, the equipment management organizational structures were evaluated and compared. By numerical anlysis the effectiveness of the model can be verified.
