体育产业的发展遭遇资金、管理、队员来源窄等相关发展瓶颈,"LP"这一商主体形式可以有效解决这些问题,并能够为体育产业进一步发展提供广泛的队员基础,有利于群众体育的大力发展,为体育产业的整体发展提供职业队员基础。文章从体育产业发展的瓶颈与突破分析入手,借鉴美国公司法上的"LP"制度,从"LP"的特点与功能角度加以分析,最终对相关立法提出了建设性的分析意见,以促进体育产业进一步发展。

The development of sport industry faces a series of difficulties, such as capital, management and staff and so on. As a form of commercial subject, “LP” can solve these problems efficiently, make a wide staff foundation on the improvement of sport industry, and also benefit for the flourish of the people＇s physical industry. The essay probes into the difficulty and breakage of the sport industry, refers to the system of “LP” in American corporate law, and analyzes the character and function of “LP”. Finally, I propose the relevant beneficial suggestions for relevant enactment of law to promote the development of sport industry.
