单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗急性脑出血的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗急性脑出血的疗效。方法将48例急性脑出血患者随机分为对照组(n=24)和治疗组(n=24)。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠100mg静脉滴注,1次,d,连续14d。观察两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、脑水肿体积的变化。结果治疗组的神经功能缺损评分及脑水肿体积的改善均明显优于对照组;治疗组总有效率为95.8%,对照组为75.0%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义。结论单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠能显著提高急性脑出血患者的临床疗效。
