摘要
介绍了自主研制的一种工业用深宽雕刻的全自动高速激光深雕刻机。此机主要由双棒串接Nd:YAG激光器、三轴联动转台、光学导光运动系统构成,可以实现在具有自由曲面的材料上进行既深又宽的雕刻。输出功率250W;光束质量M2值为30;聚焦光斑0.2mm。目前在低碳钢材料上雕刻速度30mm/s时,雕刻出的字符深度和宽度均能达到1mm。
A industrial autornatie high - speed and deep laser engraving machine is reported. This machine mainly include two rod series eonnedtion Nd： YAG laser, three-axis platform, optical transmission and movement system, can engrave in freeform surface material deeply and widely. Output power is 250W; beam quality factor M2 is 30; focusing spot is 0.2mm. Up to now engraving in low carbon steel material with speed 30mm/s, the depth and width of the character all can attain 1mm.
