Application of Moldflow to Optimum Design of Half Mould Construction

摘要 采用注塑CAE技术,利用Moldflow软件,对电热水壶塑料外壳的成型过程进行分析。结果表明:浇口数量及形式、温度、温度调节系统对塑件质量均有影响。根据上述影响因素,改进模具设计方案,找出最佳工艺参数分布范围,从而起到优化哈夫模具结构设计的作用。 The moulding process of moulded part——electric heating thermos bottle's plastic shell was analyzed by injection mould CAE technology and Moldflow software.The result indicates that all of the gate number,gate form,temperature,and its controlling system affect the moulded part quality.According to the influencing factors mentioned above,the mould design was improved and the processing parameters were obtained that they played the role of the optimum design of half mold construction.
