摘要
目的探讨餐后血糖监测前后时间差值对血糖值的影响。方法选取2型糖尿病患者60例,随机分成三组(餐后130 min实验组、餐后135 min实验组、餐后140 min实验组),每组20例,测定快速血糖值,与各自餐后120 min血糖值对比,观察其在一定的时间差内血糖值的变化。结果餐后130 min实验组、餐后135 min实验组患者的血糖值与其餐后120 min血糖值相比差异无显著意义(P>0.05),餐后140 min实验组血糖值则出现血糖测定值的变化,与对照组相比差异有极显著意义(P<0.01)。结论餐后120 min血糖监测控制在时点的15 min以内,监测结果与对照组相比差异无显著意义;监测时间超过时点20 min以上(140 min),则对监测结果产生影响,与对照组相比差异有极显著意义。
Objective To study the effect on blood sugar concentration by time difference after meal for blood sugar monitoring. Method 60 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes were randomly divided into three groups based on 130 minutes, 135 minutes and 140 minutes after meals, each group has 20 cases. The blood sugar in each group was measured by quick method and compared with the blood sugar 120 minutes after meals. Result The blood sugar concentration 130 minutes and 135 minutes after was no significant difference compared with that 120 minutes after meals(P〈0.05). There was significant difference in blood sugar concentration 140 minutes compared with that of control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion The blood sugar monitoring of 120 minutes after meals should be controlled within 15 minutes. The blood sugar concentration will effected if the monitoring time exceed 140 minutes after meals.
