摘要
目的研究甲状腺肿瘤手术摆放舒适体位的方法，减少术后并发症的发生。方法从2005年9月～2006年12月共进行甲状腺肿瘤手术286例，2006年4月开始研究并采用舒适体位为分组依据，开展前对照组共139人，开展后观察组共147人。结果两组患者术后发生头痛、呕吐等并发症的情况，经统计分析P〈0.01，差异有极显著意义。结论甲状腙肿瘤手术舒适体位的摆放，更有利于配合手术医生和麻醉师的需要，操作简便，安全、有效预防或减轻术后并发症。
Objective To study the method of comfortable body position for thyroid tumor operation. Method 286 patients with thyroid tumor operation are totally operated from 2005 to 2006. comfortable body position was used as a group-dividing basis since April, 2006. control group consists of 139 cases. Experimental group consist 147 cases. Result There is significant difference in post-operative headache and vomiting between the two groups. （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The comfortable body position for thyroid tumor operation is helpful for surgeon and anesthetists for conducting easy and safe operation. It will be effective for preventing and relieve post-operative complication.
