呼吸康复训练结合超短波促进老年患者术后肺功能的恢复及护理 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨呼吸康复训练结合超短波促进老年肺手术患者术后肺功能恢复的作用。方法观察54例肺手术患者,平均年龄66.3±5.1岁,随机分为两组,A组(手术后给予积极氧疗、支气管解痉药物以及抗感染治疗)和B组(手术后早期除上述治疗外同时接受呼吸康复训练结合超短波治疗),观察比较两组术后人工吸痰和肺不张发生率、术后住院时间、经皮血氧饱和度等指标。结果所有患者术后均康复出院,无围术期死亡。术后人工吸痰B组(7.4%)较A组(22.2%)明显下降(P<0.05),肺不张B组(7.4%)较A组(29.6%)明显下降(P<0.05),术后住院时间B组(8.5±1.4 d)较A组(12.7±1.2 d)明显下降(P<0.05),经皮血氧饱和度术后B组较A组明显上升(P<0.05)。结论老年肺手术患者围术期常规治疗外辅以呼吸训练结合超短波的康复治疗,有助于该类患者顺利渡过围术期,更好地促进术后肺脏功能的恢复。
