体外鱼精蛋白中和肝素化血回输的应用

摘要 目的探讨鱼精蛋白中和肝素化血回输的不同方法对机体的影响差异及护理体会。方法选择心脏手术病人100例,随机分为鱼精蛋白体外中和肝素(实验组)和非体外中和肝素(对照组),比较其输注体外循环后用不同方法中和肝素血液400 ml后机体的ACT值及引流量。结果在术后30 min、1 h2、h、3 h这4个时点,实验组病人ACT测定值均较对照组低,差异有显著意义,奔术后30 min、1 h、2 h3、h、6 h这几个时点,实验组病人心包及纵隔引流量均较对照组少,差异有显著意义。在对照组,有7人出现鱼精蛋白毒副反应,经及时处理均恢复正常,差异有显著意义。结论鱼精蛋白体外中和肝素化血的方法较非体外中和肝素化血可靠,护理更方便安全。
