慢性阻塞性肺病伴消化性溃疡临床分析

Clinical analysis of 67 patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease accompanied with peptic ulcer

目的总结诊断治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)伴消化性溃疡(PU)的临床经验。方法通过对67例(2002-09～2006-08)COPD伴发PU患者的性别、年龄、临床表现、病程季节、生活饮食、辅助检查、整体护理、药物治疗综合分析,探讨其临床特点及内在规律。结果COPD容易伴发PU,中老年居多;PU以十二指肠溃疡(DU)居多;COPD伴发PU容易被忽视,容易漏诊误治。结论对中老年COPD伴发PU患者,要看到他们的诊断相关性和治疗特殊性。

Objective To summarize the clinical experiences in the diagnosis and treatment course of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） accompanied with peptic ulcer （PU）. Methods Through clinical analysis on sex and age, clinical manifestation, illness course and quarter, life and diet, assistant examination, whole nurse, medicamentous treatment of sixty-seven patients with COPD accompanied by PU, authors explored the clinical characteristics and inherent regular pattern of this disease. Results In the COPD accompranid with PU, patients with middle- and old aged hold majority; PU with duodenal ulcer （DU） hold majority; COPD accompanied with PU was easily neglected, miss- diagnosed anti was treated by error therapies. Conclusion With regard to middle and old- aged patients of the COPD accompanied with PU.it should be seeing their diagnosis relationship and treatment speciality.
