2006年黄骅港入境国际航行船舶携带输入性医学媒介生物情况的监测分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的系统了解黄骅港入境国际航行船舶携带输入性医学媒介生物的情况,为制定有效的控制措施提供科学依据。方法在检疫锚地对入境的国际航行船舶携带的输入性鼠类、蚊类、蝇类、蜚蠊类进行调查,对采集的标本进行计数、分类和鉴定,并对结果进行统计分析。结果2006年共调查202艘次入境国际航行船舶。输入性蚊类阳性率平均为7.9%(16/202),已鉴定确认的蚊种4种。输入性蝇类阳性率平均为4.5%(9/202),已鉴定确认的蝇种14种。输入性蜚蠊阳性率平均为3.0%(6/202),已鉴定确认的蜚蠊2种。未发现输入性鼠类。结论调查证实入境国际航行船舶携带输入性医学昆虫的情况严重,具有阳性率高,种类多,风险大等特点,对此应给予高度关注。 Objective To investigate the condition of introduced medical vectors carried by entry international ships at Huanghua Port and provide scientific evidences for control medical vectors. Methods The introduced medical vectors, including rodents, mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches on entry ships at quarantine anchorage of Huanghua Port were collected and classified. Results 202 entry ship-times were checked in 2006. The average positive rate of ships and the number of species identified was 7.9%(16/202)and 4 for mosquitoes, 4.5%(9/202) and 14 for flies, 3.0% (6/202)and 3 for cockroaches respectively. The rodents concerned were not found. Conclusion It indicates that the seriousness of medical vectors carried by entry international ships with which of high positive rate and variety of species. More attention should be paid to entry international ships carrying the introduced medical vectors.
