颈部转移性碰撞癌1例分析 被引量：1

摘要 碰撞癌是指原发于同一宿主的同一器官或同一部位的2种不同类型恶性肿瘤的结合（癌与癌或癌与肉瘤）。关于碰撞癌的诊断标准各家主张不一，多数学者倾向于有独立病理形态的2种恶性肿瘤组织间没有移行性改变和混合，排除互为转移的可能。至于转移性碰撞癌是否存在，如何界定，目前文献中尚无明确依据。我们报道1例颈部淋巴结内高分化鳞癌与甲状腺乳头状癌相互碰撞的“转移性碰撞癌”，
