采供血机构HIV筛查方法和策略的应用及评价

Application and evaluation to blood-collecting and supply service′ HIV screening method and strategy

目的对采供血机构使用第4代HIV检测试剂后出现的检测结果变化进行分析,探讨适合献血者HIV筛查的新策略。方法按照《全国艾滋病检测技术规范(2004版)》规定的要求对本中心64003名献血者进行检测,采用统计学方法分析223例第3代和第4代试剂检测的阳性结果。结果使用第4代试剂,献血者HIV初筛阳性人数有较大增加。经统计学检验其与第3代试剂差异有统计学意义,而且造成了较多的血液报废和结果确认的困难。结论有必要对现有的筛查策略进行调整,探索和建立适应新的检测技术和方法的筛查策略。

Objective To analyze the varieties in test results when Blood-collecting and Supply Service use fourth generation EIA test,and study new strategy adapt to HIV-blood donor screening. Methods 64003 blood donors were screened in Yunnan kunming Blood Center according to the request of（（Natlonal Guideline for Detection of HIV/AIDS））and analyze the test results of 223 blood donors among them who were third and/or fourth generation EIA test HIV reactive. Results There were more false positive results in first screening blood donors when using fourth generation EIA reagent. By statistical analyze,it had statistical difference with the third generation EIA reagent. That would result in more blood resource waste and test results uncertainty. Conclusion Itr s necessary to adjust the screening strategy,study and construct new screening strategies,whlch adapt to advanced test technique.
