不稳定型心绞痛病人血小板P-选择素的表达

P-selectin Expression on Platelet in Patients with Unstable Angina

目的测定不稳定型心绞痛(UA)病人血小板P-选择素的表达,探讨不稳定型心绞痛病人血小板活化状态。方法选取2006年1月—2006年12月在本院心内科住院病人86例,所有病人均行选择性冠状动脉造影确诊为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病,其中稳定型心绞痛(SA)组36例,不稳定型心绞痛组50例。选取同期冠状动脉造影正常的住院病人17例作为对照组,比较各组病人血小板聚集率及血小板P-选择素的表达。结果各组病人血小板聚集率比较无统计学意义;血小板P-选择素阳性率SA组同对照组比较无统计学意义,UA组为5.37%±1.30%,显著高于SA组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论不稳定型心绞痛病人血小板处于活化状态,应给予充分的抗血小板治疗。

Objective To detect the P- selectin expression on platelet and platelet aggregation rate and investigate the platelet activation state in patients （pts） with unstable angina （UA）. Methods P - selectin expression on platelet and platelet aggregation rate were detected in 50 pts with UA, 36 pts with stable angina and 17 healthy controls. All pts were underwent elective coronary arteriography. Results The expression of P- selectin was no significant difference between pts with stable angina and controb （2.49 % ± 1.02 % vs 2.64 % ± 0.79 %, P 〉 0.05 ）. The expression of P - selectin in pts with UA was significantly higher than that in controls （5.37 % ± 1. 30 % vs 2.49 % ± 1.02 %, P〈0.05） and in pts with SA （5.37% ± 1.30% vs 2.64% ± 0.79%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion There was elevated platelet activation in pts with UA.
