摘要
干旱是山西的主要气象灾害,但长期以来,该省一直没有一个科学的、实用的干旱指标。分析了目前有关干旱指标研究的不同思路和方法,结合山西省实际情况,给出了适合该省的"综合判断法"和"Z指数"干旱指标,并建立了"山西旱涝动态监测预警服务系统",该系统可以从不同的角度对山西省的旱涝状态实施动态诊断。
Drought is the most important meteorological disaster in Shanxi Province. But up to now there is not a scientific and applicable drought index for Shanxi Province yet. In this paper, the different methods to research drought/waterlogging index were analyzed. As a result, the drought/waterlogging judgement approaches suitable for Shanxi Province such as "comprehensive judgement" and "z index" methods were presented. The "dynamic monitoring and pre-warning service system for drought/waterlogging in Shanxi Province" were established and the system can implement dynamic diagnosis of drought/waterlogging in Shanxi Province from different points of view.
