糖代谢相关指标与PPARδ-87T/C基因多态性的关系研究 被引量:1

The relationship of some indices of glycometabolism with peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor delta polymorphism

摘要 大连市人群中2型糖尿病(T2DM)194例,正常空腹血糖(NFG)127例,应用PCR基因扩增、限制性内切酶基因多态性方法,对PPAR-δ基因的-87位点T→C的变异,进行基因型和等位基因分析。发现T2DM与NFG两组间不存在基因型频度分布的明显差异。但是,T2DM组内的BMI呈现基因型之间的明显差异;NFG组内,HOMA-IR存在不同基因型之间的明显差异。 Cases with T2DM( n = 194) and subjects with normal fasting plasma glucose (NFG, n = 127) were enrolled in population of Dalian city for the PCR-PFLP -detected PPAR delta gene -87T→C polymorphism and other clinical data collection. The results showed there were no differences in the distribution of genotypic frequencies between groups of T2DM and NFG( P = 0. 99). BMI showed a significant difference among genotypes in T2DM group( P 〈 0. 05 ). HOMA-IR showed a significant difference among geno- types(P 〈0. 05)in NFG growp.
