摘要
目的探讨不同的糖尿病饮食教育方式对患者饮食管理效果的影响。方法门诊2型糖尿病患者共125例,随机分成对照组和试验组,对照组进行常规的糖尿病饮食指导,试验组参加糖尿病中心饮食实践课。结果(1)试验组患者更容易接受低血糖指数(GI)的概念,更多选择低GI食物;(2)试验组的患者在教育后其FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、BMI、WHR体脂百分比均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论饮食实践课是糖尿病饮食管理的有效措施。
Objective To study the effects of different educational ways on diet management efficacy in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 125 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly di- vided into control group with regular diabetic diet directions and experiment group with diet-practice education. Results ①The experiment group was easier to accept the concept of low glycemic index (GI) and had more chance to choose the food of low GI; ②The serum levels of FBG , PBG , HbA1 c , BMI, WHR, body fat percentage of the patients were lower in the experiment group than in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Con- clusions The diet practice education is more helpful to the patients with diabetes in diet management and is an effective educational way in diabetic diet management .
