摘要
测定了四氧嘧啶制成的糖尿病小鼠模型骨骼肌的谷氨酰胺-6磷酸果糖转氨酶1(GFAT1)的mRNA表达水平。给予α硫辛酸治疗的糖尿病小鼠,骨骼肌内丙二醛水平低于不予治疗的糖尿病小鼠,而骨骼肌内GFAT-1的mRNA表达水平也低于不治疗组。
The mRNA expression of glutamine : fructose-6 - phosphate aminotransferase 1 ( GFAT1 ) in the diabetic mouse skeletal muscle was measured. Alloxan-induced diabetic mice were treated with alpha- lipoic acid (LA group). The malondialdehyde levels in the skeletal muscle were decreased in LAvs DM groups. The expression of GFAT1 mRNA was increased significantly (P 〈 0. 05 ) in DM group. The DM treatment with alpha-lipoic acid significantly decreased GFAT1 expression (P 〈 0. 05).
