摘要
一种具有高精度、高分辨率的R/f变换器,可将电阻的微量变化直接变换成频率的相应变化。本文提出了一种变换器的改进电路,研究了它的工作原理和转换特性,并对其转换灵敏度、分辨率和精度作了定量分析,同时提出了中心频率漂移的补偿方法。实验证明,该变换器具有良好的线性关系和瞬态响应能力,适用于动静态微应变测量和其它电阻式传感器的R/f变换。
A high precision and high resolution R/f converter can directly convert the microchange of resistance into frequency change. This paper presents an improved converter, its working principles and characteristics are researched, and error analysis, sensitivity and resolution are discussed. A method of compensating for central frequency deviation is suggested. Experimental results show that this converter possesses good linearity and fast transient response, and can be used as a measurement circuit of all kinds of resistance transducers.
