hs-CRP和cTnI检测与体外循环手术前后临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血清心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)在体外循环(CPB)下心脏手术围术期检测的临床意义。方法:选择50例进行CPB手术和50例非CPB手术围术期中几个时期的血液(包括术前、术后即刻、术后24、48、72h),测定其hs-CRP和cTnI的浓度。结果:术前hs-CRP和cTnI的测定结果均在正常范围内。Hs-CRP于术后24h开始显著性增高,至72h后逐渐降低;术后即刻、术后24、48、72h各时相cTnI均显著性增高,其中以术后即刻增高最为显著,术后72h以后趋于正常。结论:hs-CRP和cTnI能反映CPB围术期心肌细胞的损伤程度。
