扎龙湿地水体中内分泌干扰物壬基酚的测定 被引量:1

摘要 建立了固相微萃取/气相色谱/质谱联用技术(SPME/GC/MS)测定水中壬基酚的新方法,并确定最佳实验条件。方法检测限为0.1μg/L;相对标准偏差4.07%。用此方法测定扎龙湿地水样,结果未检测出壬基酚。 A solid-phase microextraction with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry method was establinsned for me determination of nonylphenol in water, and he optimum experiment condition was developed in this paper. The detection limit is 0.1 μg/L; and the relative standard deviation(RSD) is 4.07%. There was no detected nonylphenol in Zhalong wetland water with this method..
