目前高校资产存在多头管理、相互脱节、制度缺失,资产核算不规范以及盲目购建、划转随意等问题,只有加强对资产管理的研究,健全资产管理的组织机构,明确管理职责,采取建账、建表、建卡等措施,才能实现规范管理、优化配置、提高办学综合效益的目标。
