摘要
教师评价是中小学对教师进行管理的重要组成部分,具有区别、诊断、监督和激励的作用,但是滇西小学教师现行的教师评价还存在下列不足:评价目的重学校行政管理,轻教师专业发展;评价内容重学生的考试成绩、教师的常规工作来评价教师,忽视教师专业发展中的实践性知识的评价;评价方法方面,重视量化评价,忽视质性评价方法。针对以上问题提出一些教师评价的意见和建议。
Teacher appraisal is one of the important managing parts of middle and primary school,playing the role of distinction, diagnose, control and encouragement. But there exists several problems of the current country primary school teacher appraisal in the West of Yunnan. With the appraisal purpose, it stresses the school' s ad- ministrative management, not the teacher's development. With the appraisal contents, it stresses the outcome of the students' scores, not the teacher's practical knowledge. With the appraisal methods, it emphasizes on quantitative methods, not the qualitative methods. Some constructive proposals are put forward to solve these problem.
