摘要
1988年将新型生物制剂农丰菌应用于烤烟生产,通过小区苗床试验及大面积苗床使用,初步肯定了农丰菌防治烤烟炭疽病、猝倒病的药效和促苗作用。结果表明,提前施用农丰菌对苗期炭疽病有效预防期为15～20天;施药后3～5天病斑停止扩展,5～7天病苗恢复生长势,药效有效期为15～30天,防效约90％;对猝倒病的防效也达90％左右。
The new type of biological agent 'Long Feng Jun' was used in tobacco production in 1988 and 1989. The efficiency for controlling tobacco anthracnose and damping-off at nursery stage and the effect for promoting growth were affirmed preliminariely, by testing on plots and applying in large area of nursery. The experiment showed, for controlling anthracnose, that effective period preventing from infection was 15-20 days; the disease devlo-pment stoped and growth vigour recovered after spraying the agent 3-5 days and 5-7 days respectovely; the avaiable period was 15-30 dayss about 90% efficiency was achieved. The efficiency for controlling damping-off was about 90% too.
