摘要
2.25Cr-1Mo钢热成型封头产生带状组织缺陷后,降低了材料的力学性能。通过改进热处理正火后的冷却方式,消除了缺陷,恢复了材料的力学性能,满足了使用要求。
When the microstructure of the hot formed 2.25Cr- 1Mo head is ferrite banding, the mechanical property of the head will drop. Adopting the water cooling method after normalizing, the microstructure was changed, the defect was eliminated, and the mechanical property of the head was restored. It meet the require- ment.
