校园文化与办学特色是高校建设发展的重要因素。校园文化和办学特色都是办学的载体,相互依存,互相促进,共同作用于学校建设发展的各个方面。一个时期来,高校校园文化与办学特色建设取得了很大成绩,但也存在不少偏失,要用科学发展观统领工作全局,加强校园文化建设,提高办学的品牌和实力,构建和谐校园,促进学校健康快速发展。

Campus culture and features of running schools are important factors of construction and development of colleges and universities. Campus culture and features of running schools are the supporter of running schools. They coexist and promote each other and act on every aspect of the school construction and development. During a period of time, great achievements have been made in establishing campus culture and features of running schools, hut there exist some dissatisfied aspects. Thus, we should keep the overall situation in mind and plan accordingly with the view of scientific development in order to tighten up estabhshment of campus culture, to raise the position and strength of running schools, to create a harmonious campus and to promote schools to develop healthily and rapidly.
