摘要
简述了国内外大学所开掘和彰显的一些先进办学理念,并认为和谐高校最核心的是教育主体的和谐,即教师的和谐、学生的和谐,要达到这种和谐,应确立"大"教师、"大"学生办学理念。
In view of the advanced education plfilosophy of famous universities at home and abroad, the author highlights that the core of harmonious universities is the harmony of both teachers and students. To achieve this, the education philosophy of the Great Teacher and Great Student has to be adopted in years to come.
