摘要
1983~1985年用多菌系混合接种鉴定了5千多个品种,从中选出具有不同抗性水平的品种30多个。通过多次连续接种比较,最后筛选出12个作为鉴别品种。即二翻早、梭米草、绥阳谷、大白谷、小黄谷、有芒大头白壳晚米、大杯子谷、大白糯、K46、MRC1239、育401、桂朝2号。1985~1988年用来自贵州41个县(市)的169个水稻纹枯病单菌核分离菌接种在12个鉴别品种上,按接种后的反应分成3组13个不同菌系群。即ThA、B、C、D,TkA、B、C、D,MhA、B、C、D、E。其中ThA、B、C类群是贵州的主要茵系。另外,对病菌分离菌株的培养性状也进行了研究。
This paper reports a series of the results about study on Than-aiepherus cucumeris in Guizhou province, China. At first, more than 30 varieties of different resistance had been selected from more than 5000 varieties by resistant identifying with mult-isolates of T.cucumeris in 1983-1985. 12 differential varieties were selected from the former ones by artificial inoculating with single-solerotial isolates time and again.They are, Erfanzhao,Suomicao, Suiyanggn,Dabaigu,Xiaohuanggu,Youmangdatoubaikewanmi,Dabeizigu,Dabainuo, K46, MRC1239, You401, Guichao2. 169 single-solertial isolates of T .cucumeris obtained from 41 counties in Guizhou province were inoculated to 12 differential varietes in 1985~1988 for identifying their pathogenicity resistance. They were divided into 3 group,13 strain-types.They are ThA,B,C,D; TkA,B,C,D; MhA,B,C,D,E.ThA,B and ThC of them are the main stain-types in Guizhou. This paper discuss also the cultivated character of the isolates.
