老年男性血清睾酮水平变化与骨代谢生化指标的关系 被引量:5

The relation between the levels of serum testosterone and bone metabolic biochemical markers in elderly males

摘要  目的探讨老年男性血清睾酮水平变化与骨代谢生化指标的关系。方法106例研究对象根据年龄分为60岁-、70岁~及80岁以上三组,检测各研究对象血清睾酮、骨钙素(BGP)、Ⅰ型胶原羧基肽(PICP)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及尿脱氧吡啶啉(DPD)值,进行比较及相关分析。结果随增龄血清睾酮逐渐下降,血清BGP、PICP及ALP也下降,尿DPD逐渐升高(P〈0.05orP〈0.01);血清睾酮水平与BGP正相关(r=0.57,P〈0.05),与DPD负相关(r=-0.49,P〈0.05)。结论随增龄,老年男性骨代谢呈负平衡,且与雄激素的逐渐下降密切相关。 Objective To investigate the relation between the level of serum testosterone and bone metabolic biochemical markers in elderly men. Methods 106 elderly men were divided into three groups according to their age:Group A(60-69 years old,n =33) ,Group B(70-79 years old,n =38) and Group C( I〉80 years old,n =35) ,respectively. The levels of serum testosterone( T), bone glaprotein( BGP), procollagen I C-terminal peptides( PICP), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and urinary deoxypyridinoline crosslinks (DPD) were determined, respectively. Results With increasing age in old men, the levels of serum T, BGP, PICP and ALP decreased, and the levels of urinary DPD increased(P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). The correlation analysis showed that the levels of serum T had positive correlation with the levels of serum BGP ( r = 0. 57, P 〈 0. 05 ) and negative correlation with the levels of urinary DPD ( r = - 0. 49,P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The level of serum androgen in elderly men is closely related to bone metabolism.
