摘要
从项目群管理组织体系构建,项目选择,资源配置,绩效评估以及如何提升项目群管理能力方面,对水电开发企业项目群管理模式进行了探索,旨在为其提供一个全新的视角,以重新审视、改进其当前的管理模式和技术,提高其绩效和核心竞争力。
The establishment of organizational structure of program management organizational structure, project selection, resource arrangement, performance evaluation and program management ability enhancement are analyzed and researched, which aims to provide hydropower development enterprise with a new view to re-examine the present management mode and skill and improve their performances and core competence.
