察汗乌苏面板坝过渡料生产方案研究

摘要 察汗乌苏水电站工程大坝为目前国内在建的首座河床趾板建在深厚覆盖层上的百米级混凝土面板砂砾石坝。在大坝垫层区与主砂砾石区之间设置了必要的过渡区,就过渡料的生产,研究了洞挖料、洞挖料掺砂石骨料以及洞挖料掺配天然砂砾石料3个生产方案,最终采用洞挖料与天然冲洪积砂砾石料互掺的方式生产过渡料,获得了较好的技术经济指标。 The dam for the Chahanwusu Hydropower Station is the first concrete facing rockfill dam at 100 m level which is built in deep coverage at home. A transition zone is arranged between the dam cushion layer zone and main grit stone zone. For the production of transition materials, three production schemes of material from the excavation of tunnel, aggregate mixing with material from tunnel excavation, and natural grit stone material mixing with material from tunnel excavation were made. Finally, the transition material is produced from the natural grit stone material mixing with material from tunnel excavation, which gained good technical and economic indexes
