高压氧配合药物治疗突发性耳聋的疗效

Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Combined with Medicine on Paroxysmal Deafness

目的:观察高压氧(HBO)配合药物治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法:突发性耳聋患者133例分为HBO组78例和对照组55例,均采用常规扩管药物治疗,HBO组同时加用HBO治疗。结果:治疗10d后,HBO组痊愈率及有效率均明显高于对照组(36.6%、69.5%与6.8%、49.2%,P<0.05);HBO组病程≤2周、无眩晕的患者其疗效明显优于病程>2周、有眩晕的患者。结论:HBO配合药物治疗能明显提高突发性耳聋的临床疗效,且HBO治疗应该尽早开始。

Objective; To study the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） therapy combined with medicine on paroxysmal deafness. Methods： 133 patients with paroxysmal deafness were randomly divided into two groups： 78 cases were treated with HBO therapy plus medication and 55 cases with simple medication. The curative effects were analyzed in the two groups. Results： The curative effect was better in HBO group. There was significant difference between the two groups （P（0.05）. The effect in the patients with duration of disease≤2 weeks in HBO group was better than in those〉2 weeks （P〈0.05）. The effect in the patients without vertigo was better than in those with vertigo （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： HBO combined with medication is an effective method on paroxysmal deafness.
