摘要
采用DEFORM-3D有限元分析软件对FVSO812铝合金半球形件在升温条件下的包覆拉深工艺进行了分析.结果表明:选用不同的包覆材料对工件产生的作用差异较大.包覆板选用双钢板时,拉深工艺极大改善了工件的应变和应力分布状态,降低甚至避免了拉深过程中发生断裂的危险性;对比实验结果,损伤区域的预测与实验结果相吻合.
With the help of the finite element analysis software DEFORM-3D,the packed-layer drawing technology on drawing of FVS0812 aluminum alloy semi-spheroid under the conditions of warming were studied.The result shows that the function difference which produces to the work piece to be big when selects the different packed material.The drawing technology improved the work piece strain and the stress distributed condition enormously when selects the double steel plates,reduced even avoids the break risk happened in the drawing process;compared with the results of experiment.Predicted Damage area with the experimental results coincides.
