摘要
采用分子生物学手段,运用PCR技术,以rDNA的ITS区为分子指标,首次对我国沼生花褶伞的核糖体DNA中的转录间隔区(ITS)序列进行了测定.通过对沼生花褶伞和紧缩斑褶菇的ITS序列进行相似性比对和分析,序列同源性高达84.3%,从分子水平上证明它们具有较近的亲缘关系.
Sequences of the internal transcribed spacers(ITS) of Panaeolus paludosus were determined for the frist time.The molecular evidences of rDNA ITS(internal transcribed sparce) from the fruitbody of Panaeolus paludosus was amplified with PCR technology,then the PCR products were sequenced.The ITS sequences of Panaeolus paludosus and Panaeolus sphinctrinus were obtained and analysed,the results indicated that the similarity of sequence between them was more than 84.3%,which suggested that they had phylo genetic relationships.
