摘要
阐述了电除尘器控制器电流极限的调节方式,由固定不变值改为根据电场火花率进行适当调节,将电场火花率降低至一定值,既可降低厂用电消耗,又减少电除尘系统电气设备损坏,提高了电除尘设备的稳定性。
It is elaborated that the ESP controller＇s current limit is adjusted appropriately according to the electric sparks rate instead of fixed value. The electric sparks rate will be reduced to a certain value, which can not only reduce the electricity consumption but also decrease the damage to the electrical equipment of the ESP system, and improve the stability of the ESP equipment.
