针对汽轮发电机组在启动过程中时常发生振动故障,提出要仔细检测和分析,特别是注意振动的起因和振动的特征,当发生转轴碰磨振动时要制定相应的技术措施,通常在严密监视机组振动状态变化的同时采取磨轴封的方法进行处理。

Aiming at the unit start-up vibration trouble caused by cotacting, special check and analysis should be paid to vibration causes and its characteristics. Some specific suggestions to solve the troubles are proposed.
