摘要
简述了密封阀控铅酸蓄电池的失效原理及应保持的运行环境,分析了常用测试方法的优缺点,负载测试费时费力有一定的危险性,仅能给出实际时的电池容量和性能,不能预示将来的容量和性能;单电池电压监测的预警性和前瞻性较差。内阻检测方法由被动监测电压到主动测试电池内部状态,检测出电池内阻后要进行横向、纵向比较,分析其变化趋势,可以间接判断与预测蓄电池性能。
According to the introduction of inactivation reasons of lead acid storage battery and operation environment, the merits and demerits of test measure in common use are analysed. Loading test not only takes time and need great effort but also has a certain dangers. It can only give capability and performance during the test time, but forecast those in future. Single battery voltage detection has less prospective. Based on the detection measure of internal resistance test internal state of battery from passive monitoring voltage to active testing voltage, the results compared in cross direction and longitudinal direction are used in battery performance estimation.
