摘要
结合油田生产实际,探讨了电压跟踪负载变化的调压节能控制系统。调压式抽油机节能控制器是采用双向反并联晶闸管进行控制的三相交流调压技术,通过检测电机电压与电流之间的相位差变化作为控制信号,控制晶闸管的导通角,从而改变电机的工作电压,使电机在空载或轻载时的工作电压低于额定电压运行,以达到节能的目的。该节能器因其节能效果好,保护功能多,对电网污染小,具有广泛的应用前景。
Combined the oil field production circumstances, the variable voltage energy-saving control system of the variable voltage trace the changes of the load was investigated. Voltage-adjusting pump unit energysaving controller adopts three-phase alternating current voltage-adjusting technology controlling by bilateral anti-parallel silicon control . Through measuring the change of phase angle between voltage and current to become the controlling signal,and the conduction angle of the thristor is controlled by the signal, hence changes working voltage of motor, it makes working voltage of motor smaller than rated voltage to have energy-saving effect when there is no load or light. The energy-saving controller are in good graces of oil field by good-energysaving effect and multi-protect and smaller harmonic warm pollute,it has extensive applications.
