摘要 针对目前制药行业中的干燥设备存在控制效果差、污染、工作周期长和劳动强度大的缺点,提出了基于触摸屏和PLC的全自动转鼓式离心干燥机自适应模糊控制系统,并对其药品物料的干燥度(湿份)采用了自适应模糊控制算法。给出了鼓式离心干燥机的具体结构及工作原理,根据其生产的实际情况和操作经验,总结出自适应模糊控制器的控制规则并确定了其相应控制参数。实际运行证明,该控制系统使药品物料的干燥度稳定在设定值附近,取得了较好的控制效果并确保了干燥质量达到生产指标要求,而且操作简便,自动化程度高,提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度。 In view of the problem of poor control results, pollution, long periods and strong labour intensity of drier in present pharmacy, a automatic adaptive fuzzy control system of rolling centrifugal drier based on HMI and PLC was presented, the adaptive fuzzy control method was adopted to degree of desiccation. The structure of drier was given, according to the practice and experience, the control rules of adaptive fuzzy controller and its control parameters were determined. The real operation results show that the control system makes degree of desiccation steady near the enactment value in working, the dry quality reaching required production target,meanwhile it is convenient to operate, efficient ,reliable and reduces labour intensity.
