以建设为核心的高职高专评估体系解析

摘要 教育评估的本质是价值判断。教育工作是培养人的社会活动,承担着为国家和社会培养建设者、劳动者、管理者的根本任务,以满足学生、社会、国家的需要为价值取向。文章认为,2003年教育部启动的为期五年的高职高专人才培养工作水平评估,是结合我国高职高专教育的实际环境,以促进建设为核心的评估活动。从评估指导方针、方案的选择、指标体系构建、评估过程、评估后续工作等都充分体现出建设性特征,通过这次评估活动把高职高专院校建设工作引入规范化道路。 The nature of the appraisal is value judgment. Education is to foster talents, take on the essential task to foster constructor, laborer and manager and takes meeting the desire of students, society and nation as value orientation. The appraisal of higher professional and technical college fostering level in the past five years which started by the National Educational Ministry from 2003 is the activity to take constructive promotion as core with the practical environment of national higher professional and technical education. Appraisal guideline, scheme choice, construction of standard system, appraisal process, subsequence and so on fully present the construction, which can lead the construction of higher professional and technical colleges to standardization.
